District Elder Roy C. Dawkins is the Pastor of Zion Temple Church Ministries in Steubenville, OH. He is the husband of Elect Lady, Sis. Charlene A. Dawkins and the Father of two sons, Anson and Eric Dawkins, better known as National Recording Artists, Dawkins & Dawkins .
 
District Elder Dawkins has been Shepherding the flock of Zion Temple Church Ministries for 16 years. Under his awesome leadership, sinners have been converted to Christ, souls have been delivered, backsliders reclaimed.
